Janet Rosado, a single mother of three young children has been named the 2009 Women Build recipient and will live across the street from last year’s recipient Patricia Malone. Janet is a six year employee with the Martin County Library system. She also attends Indian River State College and volunteers for the YMCA in Indiantown.
