Habitat for Humanity of Martin County and Lowe’s of Stuart are joining forces to build hope and perpetuate the Christmas spirit.
Help Habitat continue its mission of eliminating sub-standard housing in Martin County by contributing to the Christmas in July Tool and Supply Drive, sponsored by Lowe's of Stuart.
Habitat is in need of new tools and supplies to aid volunteer and staff efforts both on and off the build sites. Lowe's of Stuart has generously offered to provide a discount on all tools and supplies on Habitat's Wish List throughout the month of July. These items will directly impact the success of crucial Habitat departments, including Construction, ReStore and DeConstruction.
Visit the commercial sales desk at Lowe's, 3620 S.E. Federal Highway in Stuart, and choose an ornament from the Christmas tree or pick up designated "Habitat Wish List" items found throughout the store. Make a donation, or pay for the item at the commercial sales desk and Lowe's will deliver all "Christmas Gifts” direct to Habitat.
In addition, the Habitat ReStore will have a similar tree with ornaments detailing various supplies from their wish list. Select an ornament and return the item to the ReStore, 2555 S.E. Bonita Street, Stuart, between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
Please note: the ReStore and Habitat administrative offices will be closed Wednesday, July 4.
